Bosentan is a dual endothelin receptor antagonist important in the treatment of pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH). It's trade name is Tracleer®, which is an oral medication licensed in the U.S., European Union and other countries for the management of PAH. The license holder is Actelion Pharmaceuticals.
