Aprepitant is marketed by Critical Therapeutics under the brand name Emend™ it is a medication, that is used in the treatment of chemotherapy induced nausea / emesis.
Aprepitant may also be useful in the treatment of cyclical vomiting syndrome but there are few studies to date.
